Dr. Alok Banerjee: Alok is the Technical Advisor to the Sanstha on all medical matters. After MBBS from Medical College Kolkata (1971), he obtained MS in surgery from AIIMS (1976). He has been working with the Sanstha since 1998. Earlier, besides being a practicing surgeon, he has worked on family planning with several national and international agencies. |

Dr. Sushma Sharma: Sushma, based at Agra Clinic in Uttar Pradesh, is responsible as a Medical Supervisor for clinics in MP, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and UP. She completed her MBBS (1982) & DGO (1985), both from the Medical College, Raipur. Prior to joining the Sanstha in 2013, she was a private practitioner running her own Nursing Home and had over 13 years of experience. |

Dr. Sushmita Sen: Sushmita, based at Hathibagan clinic in Kolkata has the additional responsibility of Medical Supervisor for the clinics in Barasat. She completed her MBBS from the University of Pune 1983 and then worked as a Medical Superintendent with the Eastern Railways, before joining Parivar Seva in 1987. |

She completed her MBBS from Bhagalpur University, Bihar (1985). She had worked as Medical Officer with a nursing home for 3 years before joining the Sanstha in 1988. |
